How Fuel Cost is Calculated
US/Imperial: Gallons needed = Distance (miles) / MPG Total cost = Gallons × Price per gallon Metric: Litres needed = Distance (km) × Fuel efficiency (L/100km) / 100 Total cost = Litres × Price per litre
